Save Fisher the Kitten
Donation protected
Hello friends and supporters, my name is Sarah. I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart to share the story of my beloved eight-month-old kitten, Fisher. Fisher isn't just a pet to me; he's a cherished member of our family, bringing endless laughter and love into our home each and every day. He's a sweet boy that loves to run around and pounce. He loves to sun bathe in the window on his cat tree.
Recently, he has taken a turn for the worse. This once crazy boy has been diagnosed with a rare disease called Feline Vertebral Angiomatosis. It's a malformation of blood vessels in his T7 vertebrae that causes excess bone to grow and compress his spinal cord. As a result, he can no longer climb his beloved cat tree, enjoy the view or run around without pain because of this. There isn't much known about this disease, but Fisher's doctors say that the only option that offers a chance at recovery is emergency surgery to remove the excess bone followed by chemotherapy to shrink the vessels. With your support, we can give Fisher the fighting chance he deserves to beat this illness and reclaim his health.
Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to our goal of saving Fisher's life. Your generosity will not only provide crucial medical care for Fisher but also offer a lifeline of hope for our family. Please, I implore you to join us in this battle to save Fisher. Together, we can make a difference and give him the chance to live the happy, healthy life he deserves.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support.
