Hepworth Farms is seeking to raise at least $300,000 to start up the 2025 farm season

Support Hepworth Farms – A Legacy of Resilience in the Hudson Valley
Established 1818 in Milton, NY, Hepworth Farms has been dedicated to growing high-quality produce, feeding our community, and leading the way in sustainable farming practices. But we need your help to keep this legacy alive.

A Farm Rooted in Family, Innovation & Service

Over generations, Hepworth Farms has been a labor of love. Now run by Hepworth
twins Amy and Gail and their team, the aim is to keep the family farm growing for future generations. Hepworth specializes in growing organic vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, cucumbers, greens, herbs, roots and other specialty vegetables for New York markets.

Recent Challenges

Like many farms, the pandemic hit us hard, increasing operational costs while disrupting supply chains and markets. In 2019, the promise of Industrial Hemp to assist American farmers inspired Amy into action but there have been multiple unintended consequences, including losing access to crucial federal farm banking loans that now threatens the launch the 2025 farm season.

Why We Need Your Help

Despite these challenges, Hepworth has continued to push forward, working to protect our farm, our workers, the agricultural community we serve and the customers we feed.

It is time for us to seed vegetables in our greenhouses and plant our fields for the 2025 season. Agriculture is vital to our communities, and by donating, you’re investing in the future of sustainable farming, food security, and local agriculture in New York.

Your money will go towards purchasing seeds and supplies for the 2025 season and paying our employees to get our season started.

Please donate today and share our story. Together, we can protect this historic farm that serves a greater good.

Thank you for your support!
