Save Izzy the kitty

Two days ago I received completely unexpected and earth-shattering news that my 1.5 year old cat Izzy is in stage 4 kidney failure. He has always been a rambunctious, energetic, cuddlesome kitten--he went to the vet with what appeared to be mild tummy trouble and I was floored hearing that in his state he shouldn't even be sitting upright. Izzy is a fighter and after three days of intensive care he is starting to pull through, but he requires more help to survive and I cannot afford that last stretch of care at the emergency vet. I love him with all my heart and I would do anything to save his life. Unfortunately emergency veterinary care is incredibly expensive, costing 1,700 dollars per each 24 hours of care and he will need at least one more day in order to survive.
