Save James's Home of Over Three Decades

My friend James Grissom was served with a fourteen-day notice by his landlord. James has lived in his apartment since 1989, and the landlord has announced that summary proceedings will commence as early as next week.

My hope is that we can raise the back rent and avoid the commencement of court proceedings. It is not a terribly large amount of money, but James cannot raise it or pay it fast enough to satisfy his landlord.
