The Jasper (aka JBeans) Fund

Hello all,

Jasper is one of the best dogs you'll ever come across. He has followed his boss (Paul) to every corner of the US, and is the proud new protector of little Rollo Meier.

Jasper was found in North Carolina while Paul and I were in college. Sitting on the side of the road and covered in fleas, little J was then named "T Bone" and was thought to have been left after being transported from New Jersey. Over the years, he has been all over this country, and is the picture of health.

Now he resides in Montana.  After years in NC and GA, journeys all around the South,  a big move West, and   leaving Missoula, Jasper calls Whitefish home. He has met us all in different places and times, but always the same great dawg.

He will follow you to the store, wait patiently, and never move until you return. He has been known to bring joy to  all, and turns no man away. Prestigious and stately, Jasper once battled 100 squirrels and emerged victorius despite a hail of nuts and twigs. Granted no squirrels were captured, but they were put on notice :) We all remember the famed Battle of Poplar, but now he is most well known as the Bonsai Brew Dog. He loves greeting folk and dog alike at the Brewery, and is happy to work for his lager.

So to the rough part: One of his back legs has always been a little weak... but he has perservered and continued. Unfortunately, now he needs our help. The ACL has been torn in his good leg, and we'd like him to be able to get around, so surgery was needed. 

Please help Jasper in any way you can.  All of us can get him up and running with some collaboration. He has much more to acccomplish, and things to teach the newcomer Rollo :) We are very grateful for any help you can provide.
