Save Jawad Arash & his family

Jawad Arash is a true Afghan patriot and a tireless advocate for education, understanding, and free thought and expression in Afghanistan and around the world. He holds an MA in linguistics from an American University. He is the co-author of the young adult novel ENDURING FREEDOM. For these reasons, he and his family are now targets of the rising Taliban. If the Taliban find Jawad, they will kill him and probably do worse to his family. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help Jawad pay for various identification documents, passports, visas, and plane tickets so that he and his family can evacuate to safety in a different country, where he can begin the long process of working for permission to move to the United States. The situation in Afghanistan is deteriorating rapidly, and funds are urgently needed. Jawad and his family are extraordinarily grateful for your help and your prayers.
