SAVE JMA ARMSTRONG NAMESAKE

We are a group of concerned Salisbury and area citizens who are fighting to keep the JMA ARMSTRONG name on our local school complex. The school complex is set to be renamed, and the name Armstrong (a highly regarded community member, teacher and principal) is set to be removed from the new name altogether.

Many in the community have spoken out against the name change and yet, it is still supposed to happen.

Please support our efforts to fundraise the needed amount to pay the retainer legal counsel. It is our hope that with legal assistance and guidance we can lobby to keep the namesake on our community school complex. ***Money raised here will cover the costs incurred by legal team to bring our concerns to the next level.***

The DEC didn’t hear our voices and didn’t follow their own laid out policy 409. Perhaps a judge will be able to rule non- decision and have the process start again - the proper way!
