Save Jose's CDL & Driver's License

In early March, 2023, Jose received notice that the Missouri Dept. of Revenue is revoking his driver's license and newly obtained CDL under the accusation that he was charged with a DUI in the state of Maryland, which he has never visited. Upon investigation by Jose and his family, he found out that there was someone also by the name of Jose Hernandez who did receive a DUI in Maryland, but this person has a different middle name.

Unfortunately, Missouri has refused to seek to remedy this situation by obtaining the public records that show that this is a case of human error/mistaken identity. Jose and his family have exhausted all personal avenues in an attempt to get this issue resolved and off of his record.

Jose is now faced with hiring a lawyer, which will be an incredible financial burden. Hiring a lawyer has become necessary at this point, to avoid having to pay for a crime he didn't commit with something as valuable as his licenses, which affects every aspect of his life and work.
