Save Kash: Retired K9 Needs Urgent Cancer Treatment

Please help save Kash’s life! He is a retired police K9 who served with the Carlsbad Police Department for five years before retiring due to an injury he received on duty. He has lived a great retirement life the past three years with his family and is about to turn 8 years old next week!

We had to rush him to the hospital today because his breathing seemed a little off. After several hours of multiple tests and scans, we were told he has two very large cancerous masses growing in his chest and stomach that are crushing his heart and lungs. Tomorrow morning, we are going to take him in for more screenings to find out what the treatment will entail. This will likely cost an upwards of $10,000-$15,000, depending on treatment. We are hoping to raise enough to pay for his surgery to remove the mass and for chemo so that the cancer doesn’t return. Because he is no longer working due to his injury, none of his expenses are covered. All donations will go straight to his treatment. Thank you!
