I bought beach front property

I cleared it, planted and built Kismet Inn keeping the culture of Hopkins.

Which is a small Garifuna fishing village.

Wooden Mennonite houses were delivered on my new road I cleared.

When I bought my property I had the survey from land department confirming that the location of my lot was correct. I built my house believing it was on my land.

Now I find the Pegs that mark the boundaries were moved by Eugene Williams the former owner who owned all the lots in the surveys.

When buying my land from Eugene I paid in full and went to have my land titled conveying it in my name. Now I find the land was not registered in my name.

20 years later the most angry man came with surveyors chopping my flamboyant tree,

and what ever was in their way in such a heinous matter.

I asked the man for his name. He never gave it to me.

From day 1 he was extremely rude and being very territorial.

So I gave him the name "Fuckazode".

I was then served papers say that my house was encroaching on his property that he was about to purchase. I was to move my house off of his 15 sq foot of property.

I then had Land Department come and do a survey that stated the boundary pegs were in the proper place.

Fuckazode then had done another survey. His men found that the original bottom of the pegs was 15 feet off. Finding this he should have sued Eugene Willams not myself, or demanded my house to be moved.

My legal counsellors did not help. So Fuckazode bulldozed apart of my house, and a cabana that was not on his property, it was on Queens land. He was told by the supreme court judge that he cannot move it because it was on queens property.

I find it very disturbing and odd but, My lawyer and myself were never informed about the virtual court meeting to decide wither he has legal rights to take down the encroaching 15 ft of my house.

Excavator and bulldozers came taking down my the beach cabana, my house and two rentable rooms. My home was gone and my source of income.

Now he is suing me for $60,000 of damages that I presumably did to his vacant lot.

I find the law of Belize not in my favour. It seems to me that no matter how right you are, no matter how wrong they are, the person with more money wins.

Since I have no funds to pay I am asking for help. The Marshall's have come, took inventory on what items I have left, all refrigerators, stoves and beds which I need to eat, sleep and make a living again.

I was told by the Marshall's that they will remove and auction what possessions I have that they recorded and pay my debt to the Fuckazode. Until paid in full there is a 6% interest. I need help.
