Save Lyla and Her Newborn Puppies

HI this is Lyla she just had puppies on 5/7/2024 she has gotten an infection in her uterus and will be needing emergency spay surgery and me and my husband Jesse just do not have enough funds! We have exhausted all our resources after going to the vet to figure out what was wrong with her we have already spent over $500 dollars to help her get on antibiotics but if she does not get this surgery in a week we could lose our babygirl and the puppies she has will be motherless we are currently have to bottle feed her puppies as she can not pass this infection on to the puppies if anybody can find it out the kindness in their heart to please please please help us we would be entirely great full anything helps!
