Help save my precious Makeda: Spine surgery needed

HELP! My name is Mark, I am humbled to ask, but I am desperately trying to raise funds to pay for emergency veterinary care, urgent spine surgery, and continued 24/7 hospitalization for my precious 7-year-old Amstaff doggie Makeda who is in critical condition. She has a severe spine injury and has been hospitalized non-stop since Thursday, April 10th. Currently, she's alert but can't sit up or walk. She can't even lift up her head up to eat or drink. She's on IVs in order for her to get her hydration and nutrition until she can sit up or stand again, which won't be until post-surgery. I've been absolutely devastated because she means the world to me and I can't afford the spinal surgery that she needs to save her life.

The continuing overnight hospital stays are very costly because she needs around the clock treatment and observation. I've already exhausted all of my financial resources because of the non-stop hospitalization, cervical and lumbar braces, blood/lab work, multiple spine steroid injections, x-rays, pain management, and about a dozen other things... so for now, she is indefinitely immobilized in a flat lying position, and unable to move on her own until I can raise enough money to pay for her necessary spine surgery.
