Save Malak's Dreams and Family from Gaza

My name is Malak, I am 18 years old, and I am a medical student. My dream has always been to complete my education and travel abroad to achieve my aspirations. However, the war has destroyed our lives and halted my educational journey. My family and I live in Tal Alhawa, Gaza, and we once had a happy life and a beautiful home.

My dad is Abdelhamid Dader, who used to work at a water station, and my mother is Mona Alanqar. I have siblings named Shahd, Moataz, Moatasem, and Fadel.

Our house was burned and destroyed, forcing us to move 20 times in different areas in northern Gaza. My father was injured and couldn't receive the necessary treatment due to a lack of medical supplies and the difficulty of travel. My 15-year-old brother Moataz was killed :( by a missile while trying to fetch water, and my younger brother was injured in the same incident and also couldn’t get proper medical care.

My father's job ended because of the war and his injury, and his workplace was destroyed. We spent all our savings, and now we cannot provide the basics of life as famine chases us in the north. My mother and younger brother contracted hepatitis due to pollution, poor nutrition, and lack of healthcare. We all suffer from fainting and loss of consciousness due to these diseases and malnutrition.

I appeal to your kind hearts to help me and my family survive this tragedy. My dream is to complete my education abroad, get the necessary treatment for my family, and live a dignified life like other human beings.

أنقذوا أحلام ملك وعائلتها من غزة

مرحبًا، اسمي ملك، عمري 18 عامًا، وأنا طالبة طب. لطالما حلمت بإكمال مسيرتي التعليمية والسفر للخارج لتحقيق أحلامي، ولكن الحرب دمرت حياتنا وأوقفت مسيرتي. أنا وأسرتي نعيش في حي تل الهوى بغزة، وكان لدينا حياة هنيئة ومنزل رائع.

أنا وابي عبدالحميد دارد، الذي كان يعمل في محطة مياه، وأمي منى الأنقر، وأخوتي شهد، ومعتز، ومعتصم، وفضل. تعرض منزلنا للحرق والتدمير، مما أجبرنا على النزوح 20 مرة في مناطق مختلفة في شمال غزة. أصيب والدي ولم يتلق العلاج اللازم بسبب قلة الأدوات وصعوبة السفر. استشهد أخي معتز البالغ من العمر 15 عامًا وهو يحاول جلب الماء بعد أن أصابه صاروخ غادر، وأصيب أخي الأصغر في نفس الحادثة ولم يتلق العلاج اللازم.

توقف عمل أبي بسبب الحرب والإصابة وتدمير مكان عمله، وتم إنفاق كل مدخراتنا. الآن، لا نستطيع توفير أساسيات الحياة في ظل مجاعة تطاردنا في الشمال. أمي وأخي الأصغر أصيبا بفيروس الكبد الوبائي نتيجة التلوث وسوء التغذية وعدم وجود رعاية صحية. نعاني جميعًا من حالات إغماء وفقدان للوعي بسبب الأمراض ونقص التغذية.

أناشد قلوبكم الرحيمة لمساعدتي وأسرتي على النجاة من هذه المأساة. حلمي أن أكمل تعليمي في الخارج، وأحصل على العلاج اللازم لأفراد أسرتي، ونعيش حياة كريمة كباقي البشر.

تتبرعكم مهما كان بسيطًا، يمكن أن يغير حياتنا ويمنحنا الأمل بغدٍ مشرق. هذا يمكن أن يساعدنا في تغطية تكاليف العلاج والسفر.
