Save my 23 year olds business devastated by theft

Hi, my name is Fran and this is something I never thought I would do but I'm asking for your help to save my sons business.

My 23 year old son makes stunning bespoke furniture in rural Norfolk. He started his business in 2020 after completing his A levels and not being able to do a fine furniture degree at university due to Covid.

He's put his heart and soul into his business. He works 16 plus hours a day, 7 days a week and employs other young local lads. He's never taken a wage, but invested everything he could to purchase good quality tools to deliver the best quality furniture to his customers and safety for his staff. He buys local, and buys British. He's currently freely giving his time and expertise restoring a bomb shell as a donations box for the Help the Heroes charity.

His dream has now been devastated by theft, on Tuesday night 22nd October two men broke into his workshop and stole everything they could move. Using our wheelbarrows to remove everything. They sneaked across a field and disabled our lights and cameras and wreaked carnage. They took everything he's worked so hard for, including tools he's been brought by his beloved Grandpa who sadly died 7 weeks ago. Jacob selflessly helped me care for his Grandpa for the last 18 months through cancer and is still realing from this loss. To face losing his business on top is just heartbreaking. His insurance will cover only around a 1/3 of the value of his losses, without these tools he will go under and we cannot afford to replace everything. The impact of this will be devastating to the young men he employs as well.

They stole around 25k of tools.
