Save Oconee Brewing: Support Our Community Hub

Dear Friends of Oconee Brewing,
As many of you know, I’ve been the Event Center manager since the Brewery opened. We've certainly had a lot of good times together. As many of you also know, I'm Taylor's mom and I’m reaching out to you because I need your help in keeping OBC open for our community and for my son.
This is what he has shared on social media:
You may have read in a recent issue of the Herald Journal that Ameris Bank has brought foreclosure action against Oconee Brewing Company. Our 11,000 square foot facility has not been immune to the recent economic decline of the craft beer industry across the nation. That, coupled with a SBA loan interest rate that rose to 11.25% and the lingering effects from the pandemic, has been a very difficult road for the Brewery to navigate.
We specifically chose historic downtown Greensboro for a brewery because we believe in the revitalization of our community. Our hope has always been that the brewery could be a springboard for other redevelopment projections. The time and money that we put in for years before our grand opening was a show of our confidence and belief in the City of Greensboro and the communities around us.
For the past seven and a half years, we have had restaurant and retail accounts all over Georgia. We brew Hey Man for the beloved Dukes & Bell radio show. We released Bacon & Kegs with Waffle House. We even sent beer into the stratosphere. We've been creative. We've kept our team small. We've worked hard. We've been committed, we continue to be committed.

Friends, the goal is BIG! But so was the goal to open a brewery in a small town! Every donation will be received with tremendous gratitude.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
