SAVE OUR ANCESTORS, ACKNOWLEDGE OUR LANDS

Philadelphia, PA – "Save Our Ancestors, Acknowledge Our Lands", aims to honor and respect Indigenous and Black Ancestors by raising awareness about human remains and the sacred indigenous spaces within Philadelphia County.

Save Our Ancestors project is at the forefront of advocating for a reconsideration of the court's decision, urging the court to rescind the order and address this sensitive issue in alignment with Indian law. By coming together, we aim to ensure that the voices of Indigenous peoples and all stakeholders are heard, fostering a resolution that upholds respect for sacred grounds and ancestral remains.
