Save Our Bunnies: Help FUR Pay Emergency Vet Bills
Tax deductible
Help Save the Rabbits – Friends of Unwanted Rabbits Needs You Now
At Friends of Unwanted Rabbits (FUR), we’ve dedicated our hearts and resources to rescuing abandoned, neglected, and medically fragile rabbits. Each bunny we take in receives compassionate care, veterinary treatment, and a second chance at life. But right now, our mission is in jeopardy — and we’re reaching out with an urgent plea for help.
We are currently facing over $15,000 in outstanding veterinary bills. These expenses cover emergency surgeries, spay and neuter procedures, dental care, infection treatments, and ongoing medical support for rabbits with chronic conditions. We’ve pushed ourselves to the limit, relying on volunteers, stretching every dollar, and prioritizing the most critical cases. But we’ve hit a wall.
Until we pay down these bills, we can no longer take in new rabbits in need — and even worse, we’re struggling to provide the medical care our current rescue rabbits desperately require. Some are waiting for life-saving treatments. Others are recovering and need ongoing attention. Without immediate support, their health — and their futures — are at risk.
This is a rescue-wide emergency.
Your donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward veterinary costs and helps us get back to doing what we do best: saving lives.
Please, help us continue this lifesaving work.
Help us reopen our doors to rabbits who have nowhere else to go.
Help us provide the care our current bunnies so desperately need.
From the bottom of our hearts, and on behalf of every little life you've helped save — thank you.
With gratitude,
Friends of Unwanted Rabbits
