Save Our Edgware

Edgware is a small suburban town. Yet it has been designated for one of the most – if not THE most – densely populated developments in the UK!

The developer’s plan is to build 25 closely crammed buildings – up to 29 storeys high!

It would destroy the character of Edgware and decimate its main commercial area.

They plan to remove much of the parking in the area. The main road would effectively become a bus station.

Legislation enabling this was pushed through in Covid and lockdown. So, we have now formed a residents action group – SAVE OUR EDGWARE – to fight this frightening, nightmarish plan.

It desperately needs to be modified to be appropriate and in keeping with the suburban nature of Edgware. And to not blight the lives of the people who live and work here. NOW AND IN THE FUTURE!
