Save our family from the devastating war in Gaza

This is a fundraising campaign for my family, the Abu Al-Hannoud family. I am Mira, the daughter, sister, aunt, and my nephew Abdullah. We are currently residing in Europe. Our family in Gaza is currently suffering from genocide. We never thought we would witness it and that our loved ones would live in such harsh conditions. My family has survived 3 times and we are still living in a state of constant worry about them. This genocide has claimed the lives of our loved ones and there are entire families that have been wiped out. The lives of our family are still threatened, as well as their livelihoods.

In the midst of our desperate attempts to secure the safety of our family, after they lost their homes and were displaced from place to place in search of a safe place, unfortunately there is no safe place there, we are trying to take family members out from Gaza. us in

we are doing a great efforts to remove them from Gaza to other countries, but that requires them not to be in Gaza and to ensure that they are in Egypt, and that requires them to exit through the Rafah crossing, which is difficult and requires to pay an amount of money as coordination for them to exit.

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no humanitarian crisis fund available to cover the financial cost of their applications or their transfer or their temporary stay in Egypt or any other place. So the responsibility for covering all costs to bring our family to safety falls entirely on us as the only ones who can help.

Therefore, we have created this fundraising campaign to appeal to our friends, family, and community to help us because we do not want to lose our family. Every penny is worth it. Please help us get them out of the war and out of the war, destruction, and hunger. We are very grateful to anyone who can support and donate. You are donating to them for survival. We will never forget you!

We are applying for 14 members of our immediate family – 3 families with their children – to get them to safety, but the financial costs are high and I cannot afford them. It is difficult for us to stand helplessly to help our family or even support them with our constant fear that we will wake up to the news of their loss!! In the absence of a humanitarian response to the crisis, we have no choice but to ask for support from our community and loved ones.

You are the only hope for these families with their children so that they can regain their hope in life and live a decent life.

The estimated costs that we are fundraising for – per person – include the following: (visa application fee: $192, passport fee: $300, document translation: $200)

The total estimated costs until they arrive in Cairo is $7,692 per person, and $107,688 for all 14 family members.

In addition, since they may stay in Cairo for approximately 3 months until they can move to elsewhere, we estimate the costs of each family's stay in Cairo for 3 months – per family – including:

Minimum living costs $4,500 ( $375 per week)

Personal luggage $500

This adds at least $5,000 per family for their three-month stay, which is a significant additional total cost of $15,000.

I have never done a campaign for any personal use, but this campaign is for humanitarian aid. I hope you can help anyone and not just the family because the situation is indescribable and unimaginable.

Your support today will help ensure that our family finds safety while the bombing and brutal conditions prevail in Gaza, because each one of them is a wonderful and beautiful person who has a dream and deserves to live his full life!

انا ميرا ابنة واخت وعمة ، وابن أخي عبدالله الابن والأخ والحفيد لعائلة أبو الهنود، نعيش حاليًا في أوروبا. عائلتي في غزة التي تعاني حالياً من إبادة جماعية، لقد نجت من ثلاث حروب وما زلنا نعيش في حالة قلق دائم على سلامتهم. لقد أودت هذه الإبادة بحياة أحباء لنا وهناك عائلات كاملة تم القضاء عليها، ولا تزال حياة عائلتنا مهددة، وكذلك وسبل عيشهم.

في خضم محاولاتنا اليائسة لتأمين السلامة لعائلتنا، بعد فقدانهم لمنازلهم وتشردهم من مكان لآخر للبحث عن مكان آمن، نحن نبذل قصارى جهدنا لإخراج أفراد العائلة من غزة.الى أي مكان آخر، ولكن ذلك يتطلب خروجهم من معبر رفح والذي يعد أمرا صعبا ويتطلب أن تدفع مبلغ من المال كتنسيق لهم للخروج.

لسوء الحظ، في هذا الوقت، لا يوجد صندوق للازمات الإنسانية متاح لتغطية التكلفة المالية لطلباتهم أو نقلهم أو إقامتهم المؤقتة في مصر أو أي مكان آخر. لذا فإن مسؤولية تغطية جميع التكاليف لجلب عائلتنا إلى بر الأمان تقع بالكامل على عاتقنا باعتبارنا الوحيدين القادرين على المساعدة.

لذلك، قمنا بإنشاء حملة جمع التبرعات هذه لمناشدة أصدقائنا وعائلتنا ومجتمعنا لمساعدتنا في إخراج عائلتنا إلى بر الآمان. نحن نتقدم بطلب لـ 14 فردًا من عائلتنا – 3 عائلات مع أطفالهم – لاخراجهم الى بر الآمان، ولكن التكاليف المالية كبيرة ولا يمكننا تحملها. ومن الصعب أن نقف عاجزين لمساعدة عائلتنا أو حتى دعمهم مع مخاوفنا المستمرة أن نصحو على خبر فقدناهم !! وفي ظل غياب الاستجابة الإنسانية للأزمة، ليس لدينا خيار سوى طلب الدعم من مجتمعنا وأحباءنا.

أنتم الأمل الوحيد لدى هذه العائلات مع اطفالهم لكي يستطيعوا أن يستعيدوا أملهم في الحياة وانا يعيشوا حياة كريمة. تشمل التكاليف المقدرة التي نقوم بجمع التبرعات لها – لكل شخص – ما يلي: (رسوم طلب التأشيرة: 192 دولارًا- رسوم جواز السفر: 300 دولار -  ترجمة المستندات: 200 دولار)

ويبلغ إجمالي التكاليف المقدرة حتى وصولهم إلى القاهرة  7692  دولارًا أمريكيًا للشخص الواحد،و 107,688 دولارًا أمريكيًا لجميع أفراد الأسرة الـأربعة عشر.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نظرًا لأنهم قد يبقون في القاهرة مدة تقريبية 3 أشهر لحين تمكنهم من الانتقال الى أي

مكان اخر ، فإننا نقدر تكاليف إقامة كل عائلة في القاهرة لمدة 3 أشهر - لكل أسرة - بما في ذلك:

الحد الأدنى لتكاليف المعيشة 4500 دولار (375 دولار في الأسبوع)

الأمتعة الشخصية 500 دولار

وهذا يضيف ما لا يقل عن  5,000 دولارًا أمريكيًا لكل أسرة مقابل إقامتهم لمدة ثلاثة أشهر - وهي تكلفة إجمالية إضافية كبيرة تبلغ   15,000 دولارًا أمريكيًا.
