As  a community group, we have come together in response to a speculative wind development of gigantic proportions, there is a proposal to industrialize our beautiful valley here in North Kilkenny at the foothills of the Castlecomer plateau with ten 186 meter wind turbines which, if built , would have massive consequences for the ecology and  liveability of this place.

 We are determined to preserve it.

funds will be required to pay for expert reports on the environment, the geology, and hydrology of the area and of course mundane items like postage stamps and printing, and inevitably also to pay for legal advice.
