Save our home&medical bills

My husband went to the ER thinking it was bad bronchitis. Turns out he is in heart failure with "masses" on his lungs.  He has insurance, but his paid medical leave of absence has not been approved yet. We have been without income since February 11th. We have exhausted all of our savings and We stand to lose our home and our only car. I am making this plea out of sheer desperation. If anyone has the means to help.
