Save our Puppy:Brunhilde the Brave needs Life Saving Surgery

In March of this year, my partner and I adopted a wonderful 2-month-old puppy from a rescue agency in Seattle. She is one of the most loving and sweet animals that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We nursed her back to health from a state of terrible malnutrition, less than 5 pounds, missing fur, and barely able to walk. The rescue agency required that we spay her through their doctor to complete the adoption, and it seems that the job was not well executed. She began cycling through infections, getting sicker and sicker each time, with the medicine less and less effective. Her vet bills are mounting, and we are told that to save her life we need a CAT scan and surgery to correct the poorly performed operation. She has been weakened by her illness, and the risk of exploratory surgery without a scan is grave.

She is so young and has the opportunity to live a long beautiful life, continuing to bring joy to everyone that she meets.

We are at the end of our financial rope and are sickened by the idea that our wallets may be the only thing preventing her recovery and happiness.

Tier 2– $10-$100: Contributors will receive a hand written Brunhilde thank you card and a high quality signed print from any page of their choosing from the book, and a discounted first edition of the book.
