Help Hounslow Toy Library Campaign

Our charity , Hounslow Toy Library for Children with Disabilities, is a community centre for the families of disabled children. Not only do we loan specialised toys, but we provide a warm family atmosphere where the children can play and thrive,  and where the adults can socialise and share information and experience, make friends and alleviate the isolation so many of them have felt before joining us. We have been running for 43 years but the Covid crisis has hit us hard. Our families come to depend on the emotional and social support they find here, and we want to survive into the future for them. Our community is wonderfully diverse, and our children range from 0-19, and cover a wide range of disabilities. A large number of our members are autistic.
