Help Save PACIFIC STANDARD TAVERN

When I started working in New Haven years ago, heck even before working there I used to bar hop constantly. I would have a drink here, then go there, etc, etc... Never really had a bar to call my own. Then I started going to Pacific Standard Tavern to see amazing live local music. The venue has an amazing energy and staff. I met Chuck and CJ and always felt welcomed every visit by them, becoming brothers over time that I would go to war with. Then there's Adam "the man behind the curtain." I can go on and on about how great Adam is and how he is an integral part of the scene in New Haven. I'll keep it short and sweet. Not many music venue/bar owners work as hard as this man to make everyone feel like family when they visit, Adam gives all local and touring acts a place to call home, experiment, and grow at. He manages to create an environment that not many can do and does this on top of being an amazing father and friend. Adam did not ask for this, and he never would ask for help,  I am doing this for him because he is family to me. This brings me to the point of this, Pacific Standard Tavern had to close its doors on Friday March 13th 2020 due to the Covid Pandemic. With the state mandates still in place who knows when P.S.T. can reopen. With that being said we could potentially lose one of the most important music venues in New Haven if the pandemic mandates continue much longer. Pacific Standard Tavern opened its doors September 5th 2014 with the Scott Pemberton Trio that night. Since then thousands have played that stage, sat in the greenroom/office till the wee hours, or had an amazing time at this establishment including myself. This is where we come in to assist family in need. If you're reading this you most likely have visited Pacific Standard Tavern at some point in time.  Maybe you played there, maybe you've been once, maybe its your local bar, maybe you call it home.  Regardless of what it is to you it would be horrible not have it there for us once the mandates lift and the pandemic subsides. If we all pledge to DONATE $50 dollars a week (thats a  bar tab if you think about it.) Pacific Standard Tavern will be able to stay afloat and be there for us when we get back to living again! If you can't commit to $50 a week anything would help, think of it like a visit to  P.S.T. Bands, if you have ever played this venue now is your time to say thank you with your pledge! Patrons nows your time to be there for a venue that has always been there for you. If we all work together we can keep are our happy place safe. Love Noble
