Save Peptides from the FDA

Your basic right to have medical access is on the line. Once peptides are gone, then bio identical hormones may soon follow and then nutritional supplements. On Friday September 29th, 2023, without warning or request for comment, the FDA moved a number of peptide raw material substances to the Category 2 Bulk Drug Substance list – meaning compounding pharmacies are no longer able to compound these drugs. We would like to fight to keep peptides available for compounding pharmacies (503A) to make. By stopping many of the 21 peptides that the FDA has banned many people will be harmed due to lack of continuation of care. We need to raise money for lobbyist, generating USP monographs for each peptide, and also for attorney fees. $150,000 is our initial goal but we will most likely require more to fight this battle.
