Save Percy: Surgery for His Tumor is Urgent

This is Percy. He is about 2 and a half. He lost his brother about a month ago and developed a tumor on his leg last week. We took him to the vet, and they gave him an anti-inflammatory medication that could help shrink it. The vet said that he is still very active and happy and that there is no reason for him to be euthanized. The vet quoted us $760-$1020 for the removal.
