Save Phillip the Dog from Kill Shelter

Phillip is begging for his life!

He only has until this Wednesday July 17th. 

Phillip is an 8 year old Pittie who was found on July 3rd tied to a telephone pole near a homeless encampment in San Jose, California. Phillip’s owner fell into homelessness and can no longer take care of him. The shelter has “red listed” (scheduled for euthanasia) Phillip with the date of the 17th of July. Phillips age, breed, history of abuse while homeless on the streets as well his poor condition are the reasons he is now in this desperate life or death situation.

My name is Adrienne, I am an animal rescuer or more than 20 years. Phillips plight came to my attention because I specialize in kill shelter dogs who, for a variety of reasons, have no traditional options for adoption or rescue and are in imminent danger of euthanasia. 

The funds raised by this campaign will pay for:

- Pulling him out of the shelter immediately

- Medical care

- Transportation

- MOST IMPORTANTLY placement into a facility that specializes in caring for and rehabilitating street dogs with the end goal of placing them into qualified loving homes.
