Save Phinehas and Jerusha from Sickle Cell

Medical Emergency!
My two children (Phinehas, 20 and Jerusha, 14) suffering from sickle cell anemia need bone marrow transplant in India to live.
We prepared all preliminary documentations for referrals, passports, and visas with a hope that Kenyan (EduAfya) health scheme would provide the needed funds for treatment by September 2023, but the medical scheme has since collapsed together with the hope of funding, leaving my sick children without giving help.
Phinehas and Jerusha, are traumatized and live in dread of a similar fate, after losing their two older siblings with similar complications, to death.
The treatment in India costs a total of approximately $85,000 per each child. We are unable to raise beyond $5000 because I'm the sole breadwinner with regular employment in a church organization in Kenya, Africa.
Despite our many other dependents and the fresh trauma, we hope to airlift the children as soon as funds for hospitalization are found.
Please help me give Phinehas and Jerusha hope for tomorrow.
