PUMPKIN HAD MINUTES TO LIVE, about to be euthanized by SEACCA shelter because of his KENNEL COUGH. NOW HE NEEDS US!!!!

He is safe with Bubbles Dog Rescue, he is a completely different dog. He is kind, he is active, he is a HUGE love bug. Pumpkin loves others, humans and dogs. He is very nonreactive and great and gentle with humans.

HOWEVER, Pumpkin really, really cannot see well.

We knew that we would have to take him to the vet and get the routine things situated, but we did not expect the severity of his eye condition. We took him to the vet to find out he is at a 99% percent chance to get ulcers ON his eyes from a condition called entropion. Pumpkin’s eyelids grow inward, so he constantly has all of his eyelashes in his eye, irritating them, and slowly deteriorating his eyesight. He may have lost around 30% vision so far.

Pumpkins future quality of life, his vision and comfort, is now dependent on this surgery.
