Puppy abuse - Please help Cai

This is Cai.  She is a 1 year old chihuahua/terrier mix.  My son who is an EMT rescued her after she was thrown from a car.  Cai has 6 breaks to her pelvis.   We have had her hospitalized and she has had a very successful surgery, by an amazing animal orthopedist.  She has been an extraordinary pup and the doctor says her long term prognosis is exceptional.  Her hospital and surgical bills are huge.  Please help us pay her vet bills, hospital bills, and surgical bills and continue to care for her.  In advance, anything you might contribute would be enormously appreciated.
