Save Cinder: Aid Sabrielle's Beloved Dog
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
Sab has been involved in the dog community for many years and dedicates her time helping other humans and their dogs. Sabrielle has helped thousands of people learn how to understand our fur babies' needs and wants. She has volunteered her time and expertise because she wants to help dogs.
We’re trying to raise money to recover costs from the loss of Rex, and help pay for some of Cinders upcoming vet costs.
Rex’s cells were showing lipoma but it came up suddenly and was bigger than a softball. It started pushing on his esophagus causing food to get stuck and he was throwing up. Rex went to the Emergency Vet a few days ago because he needed to be stabilized, but it was ultimately impossible to do. Rex had to be put down on 7/21. Sab spent thousands of dollars and a priceless amount of love and dedication trying to save her baby.
Cinder is also very sick now too so she is looking at facing more costs to try to save another one of her dogs. Cinder developed a neurologic condition on Friday July 12th, and he lost function of his back legs. Cinder is now unable to stand up without falling over. He is scheduled to see the neurologist at university of Champaign/Urbana in Illinois on the 31st of July, but he is continuing to weaken.
Cinder is Sabrielle’s training helper. He has been assisting her with dog training, and helping sab teach child and dog safety for the past 9 years. Cinder has mentored hundreds of puppies and has been the first friend of hundreds of dogs that have struggled with reactivity.
The vet suspects degenerative myelopathy or a disc problem.
Sab has dedicated so much of her life helping us and it would be amazing if we could help save her baby, Cinder, so that he can continue his work with his mom, bettering the dog community.
Anything you can do, even if it is just a dollar or sharing the post to raise awareness, would be so appreciated.
