Save Rigby: Urgent Funds for Veterinary Treatment

Donation protected
Hi, as some of you may know I own a cat named Rigby. He will be turning 8 this September and is now a retired emotional support cat, he has been showing me signs of weakness and needing some help this week. I am worried and unaware of what he’s going through because last night he stopped eating. I have an appointment with urgent care today in Westminster with Wachusett Veterinary but they are charging a $200 fee just to be seen. I have no idea what his antibiotics or further tests and treatments may cost.
I only have a certain amount of emergency funds since I’ve just moved into an apartment late last year and have been covering costs myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i don’t want to lose my best friend. Thank you so much for reading and helping even if it’s just sharing among others. I will keep this GoFundMe updated as I learn more information about Rigby.
Currently Rigby is being treated for having an infected ulcer in his private area. We are starting antibiotics due to his heart murmur not being able to handle steroids, we are doing antibiotics for 7 days till his next visit. The doctor wasn’t exactly sure with her diagnosis for him, so this is the action we are taking for a week if it doesn’t look better further action will be taken.
