Save Scout: Urgent Surgery Needed

Scout and I fell in love almost 5 years ago. He is my best little buddy, a 24-pound mini Aussie. I've kept my little family together through losing everything after divorce, and losing two jobs through being laid off. Scout needs surgery; both his hip and knee are messed up. I can't afford it, I don't know what to do. I can't get CareCredit or a loan, and my family is unable to help.
