Save She Kills Monsters - Hillsboro

Hi! My name is Zebadiah Pickering Polstra, and I went to Hillsboro City Schools in Hillsboro, Ohio. Our high school's theatre program has been going strong for longer than I've been around, and the directors recently chose our next show to be She Kills Monsters: a show about a girl who loses her sister in an accident and who attempts to understand her lost sibling through the D&D campaign that she wrote. It is a beautiful story about loss, love, and family.
Unfortunately, the show has come under attack recently by a sect of our community because the main character's sister is implied to be gay. They got the show canceled because of it, and the hard work of those who were putting the show together has been effectively destroyed.
There is hope, however! While the play is no longer sponsored by the school, we are planning to perform the show in the summertime as a community theatre project with a different venue. Without the show being sponsored by the school, though, we have no funds to produce it, which is why we need your help!
These kids, my siblings included, have poured their heart and soul into this show. We want to see their aspirations realized. With your help, we can produce She Kills Monsters.
Any little bit helps, even if it is just sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family!
