Save Shelby: Help Ms Jeanie's Beloved Dog

Please help us save Shelby! Any amount helps!!! We don’t want to lose her!! Ms Jeanie has no one left in her life. These dogs are her babies. She sacrifices so much for them. Everyone has passed away and she can’t bare to lose Shelby prematurely as well.

My name is Michele and I have been helping to take care of my sweet elderly neighbor for a few years now.

Her name is Ms Jeanie and I just love her so much. She just found out her sweet Shelby dog is going to die unless she can afford treatment. Shelby’s liver enzymes are 6x the normal limit and she needs meds, an ultrasound and surgery to remove cancerous masses. Otherwise, she’ll have to be put down. This is my last effort to try to help my sweet Ms Jeanie.

Jeanie has a massive amount of health problems herself and lives on social security only. Funds are very tight every month. She cannot drive so I’ve been going to the vet and pharmacy to help get her meds and treatment for Shelby.

Ms Jeanie and her wife had these 3 dogs together. (Cookie, Shelby and Luke)

They were their babies, their everythings. A few years ago Ms Jeanie’s wife died and it’s left a huge hole in her heart. They spent every last penny of their retirement and savings trying to save her life.
