Save Smith Family Home

My family needs help fixing damages to our manufactured home that we have lived in for 26 years. We have had severe odors in our home and yard due to urine and feces from wild animals and a major feral cat problem within our park for months, despite numerous complaints to park management this continues to be a problem. We now have an infestation of large black flies in our home that we continuously need to keep vacuuming up as well as having fly traps set. After having someone come look at our place today we have been told we most likely it is a raccoon that has died in our foundation somewhere. They told us that there is severe damage under our home caused by animals that have pushed in our skirting numerous times and have ripped through many layers of plastic, insulation, wood framing etc.

We also found out there is a water leak in a different area and the new ac they had installed last year is blowing a majority of the air under the home rather than into the home due to the vent being damaged.

It has become so difficult to live under these conditions and feel it has become an unhealthy living environment. My parents are disabled through the state of MN due to each having several chronic and permanent health conditions. They are on a fixed income and the cost of the repairs are way beyond what they can afford.

We hope and pray for any assistance to help save our home as well as have our home a safe and healthy place to live again.
