Steve Ashley has been a good friend, good competitor and simply a good human being for the entire time he has been involved in Golf Rival.

What a lot of you don’t know is that he has a debilitating spinal issue which often leaves him unable to move for days. Believe it or not but he is often up to his eyeballs in morphine when he beats us all!

He has been through many consultations from state funded treatment with no success so far. This has led him to look for private treatment and he has found a life changing operation...the catch is this will cost him £3,000 and he hasn’t had a job for a long time due to his condition.

If he doesn’t get this surgery then he will have to rely on the NHS (state funded care) which at best will take years but in all likelihood will never happen. This surgery could have him walking in weeks.

Please can anyone from the Golf Rival family that can spare some money help us get Steve towards this amount for what will be a life changing treatment. Any amount, however small is truly appreciated.
