We are reaching out for urgent help to save the life of my brother, Syed Mohammad Ali, who suffered a devastating motorcycle accident in Karachi, Pakistan, on December 31, 2024. He sustained a severe head injury and has since undergone four critical brain surgeries.

- First surgery: Removal of a blood clot in his brain.

- Second and third surgeries: Fighting off a severe brain infection and pus buildup.

- Fourth surgery: A piece of his skull was removed, leaving his brain exposed to drain the persistent infection.

We have exhausted all our savings trying to keep him alive, but he still needs to be moved to a better hospital for intensive care and possibly another surgery. His condition is critical, and without further treatment, his life remains in grave danger.

He is not just a patient—he is a father to two teenagers, a husband, and the sole provider for his family. His little children are waiting for him to come home, and we need your support to make that possible.
