Save T-Bone's leg

In March of this year, T-Bone was rescued by Megan from a very abusive situation.  When she got him from his previous owner, he only weighed 38 lbs and he was so weak he couldn't even walk.  He had been confined to a bathroom, wasn't fed or let out, and was covered in his own filth.  Megan got him away from that situation and nursed him back to his healthy 70 lb weight.  

Unfortunately, T-Bone, was hit by a car today (8/15/19).  The driver hit T-Bone and didn't stop.  He's got a broken leg and a pocket of air in his lungs.  Megan was given the option of surgery, which would mean putting a plate in his leg and would cost upwards of $4,000.   Megan has no way to pay for the surgery for him.  Amputation would cost $500, and she can't afford that either.
