Help Save Thanos the Cat

On the night of May 13th, Thanos was severely attacked by a dog and subsequently sustained major injuries to one of his legs and his jaw. He has been in emergency ICU care for the past 2 days and needs an amputation of one of his legs and reconstructive surgery to his jaw. He is only 5 years old and is a tough little guy, and we are being told that he will make a full recovery and live a long, full life, if he receives these life-saving surgeries. The cost of the surgeries is estimated to be between $5,000 and $10,000.

We are in the process of calling every low-cost clinic in the front range, but he will likely need a dental specialist and a general surgeon; meaning he will need two separate surgeries in two separate locations. Until these can be completed, the vet at the emergency clinic has informed me that Thanos will need to have a feeding tube surgically placed so he can be fed at home while we wait for availability for him to receive the surgeries he needs to survive.

Thanos is one of the funniest, most affectionate cats I have ever known, and he very much deserves to live a long life full of love and joy. Any assistance toward helping Thanos to get the life-saving surgeries and care he needs in this crucial time would be deeply appreciated.
