Save the Animals of the Pantanal!

THE PANTANAL IS BURNING OUT OF CONTROL!
EVERY DONATION DIRECTLY HELPS SAVE WILDLIFE IN THE PANTANAL!
This photo of a Jaguar named Xingu was taken near the Encontro das Aguas State Park in the Pantanal - exactly one year ago. Today 80% of that park has burned from a fire that has been raging out of control for over two months. So far, over 2 million hectares (or 8,000 square miles) have burned in the Pantanal –over 12 times the size of the city of Rio de Janeiro.
MANY precious animal and bird species have been killed or severely injured from the fire, including more than 200 jaguars reported either dead or seriously injured. Their habitat has burned along with what they would have hunted for food in the ecosystem.![](https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/51292964_1600401976802773_r.jpeg)
This team of local volunteers in the Pantanal is bringing food to the injured animals so they can survive until their burns heal and the rains can restore the ecosystem.
Please contribute whatever you can to help feed the birds and animals of the Pantanal until their wounds have healed and they can be safely released in the Pantanal.

More on this situation:
Brazil’s President, Jair Bolsonaro, and his appointed henchman, Ricardo Salles ('Minister of the Environment') are responsible for killing thousands of animals, birds, and indigenous peoples living in Brazil's Pantanal and Amazon regions.
They are ENCOURAGING fires to burn so they can convert the land to soy crops or raise cattle for the fast food industry.
In response to the fires burning in the Amazon and Pantanal, Ricardo Salles actually suspended all government support to fight the fires! Yes, instead of protecting the rain forests and the diverse ecosystems of Brazil, these two are committing the most heinous Crimes Against Nature - by allowing the rain forests and wetlands to burn year round.

Anything you can contribute will help - $10 / $25 / $50 / or $100 or more.
All donations go directly to feed and care for the animals of the Pantanal until their burns heal and the rains can put out the fires.
Thank you!
