Save the Children - Emergency Relief

Our hearts are aching for all those impacted by the violence we have witnessed these past seven months. The NewGround 2024 Cohort wishes to acknowledge the profound pain and loss of life experienced by Palestinians and Israelis. Every life lost is a tragedy, and the grief felt by families and communities is immeasurable.

Over 37,000 Gazans have been killed by airstrikes since October, including 15,000 children, and millions have been left with their lives in ruins. Everyday, the chances for a safe return of the hostages dwindles, as families and communities continue to mourn the lives lost on October 7th.

Due to the severe imbalance in resources and the disproportionate scale of ongoing destruction and loss of life that Gazans are experiencing, we are raising funds to aid Palestinian families without homes, access to basic necessities, and medical care. By focusing our efforts on this fundraiser, we aim to provide immediate relief and support to those who are in the most urgent need. We believe in the importance of humanitarian aid and hope that our contributions can help alleviate some of the suffering and rebuild lives.

Save the Children is working around the clock to deliver critical aid to children in Gaza living in the hardest-to-reach places. The hazardous conditions facing aid workers exacerbate the already deeply dangerous and precarious conditions facing those delivering humanitarian assistance to children and families in Gaza.
