Help save&improve life for a wonderful young man

My name is Joni and I am starting this fund raising page as a last hope in searching for help to cover a life threatening medical condition of a very loved friend of mine, Robert MacKay (Tad). He has had 2 detailed estimates done, with 2 different oral surgeons and they both determined the same outcome.  He needs to have all of his teeth extracted from his mouth because they have all rotted or broken and because of this he has been living many years with abscess and infection in his gums. The infection has caused him to have severe bone lose in his jaw. This will require him to have bone grafting done in order to support his sinuses and the roof of his mouth from collapsing. We are also very pressed for time because each time he gets an infection or abscess, it puts him at high risk for a blood infection, which could lead to sepsis, which could lead to death. After they have extracted all the teeth, cleared up all infection and completed the bone grafting to repair his jaw, they will be able to give him teeth. He is 46 yeas old with 3 teenage kids of his own and he is part of a very large family that loves him very much. He has worked full time for the same company for 12 years now, so he is a hard worker and he has dental insurance, however, his dental insurance only covers $1,500 max a year and the procedure he needs will cost him $35,000, out of pocket.  He needs to have this procedure started ASAP, however the dentist requires a deposit of $15,000 to even start the procedure. Unfortunately Robert has just recently went through a divorce and is paying child support as well as the mortgage payment for his ex-wife and children so that they have a home. In the meantime he is also trying to start his entire life over, he needs a new house (and everything to fill a house), a vehicle and he can’t obtain any of these things because his divorce had a grossly negative affect on his credit score.  He also does not have any collateral, such as a house, to back a loan of this size, because he gave his house to his ex-wife and children and he is living with his parents. He has been working very hard on trying to increase his credit score, so that he can take care of all of these issues in his life. However, this medical procedure is a serious priority.  I have searched and searched diligently for the past six months now, to see if there are any grants or dentists that do pro bono work such as this and I can’t find any help anywhere, because he has dental insurance. But remember that his insurance only covers $1500, that’s not even enough to get him started with the procedure.  This man is very loved by many people and many people depend on him.  I want to do everything in my power to help him get this fixed, so that his quality of life can improve and he doesn’t have to worry about something as simple as eating, which most people take for granted.
