Rebuild the Malcolm Yonge Center

Now that the city has demolished the gym, we will be pursuing in federal court to protect the powers of a citizens referendum. The only option for making citizens whole again is to rebuild the gym, and to ensure the charter is upheld.

We are hopeful a pro bono lawyer will take our case! Until then we are raising funds to continue to fight the Mayor and City Council for impeding our rights of redress.
