Save the Miller's house

Hi, I'm Randy and I'm helping a single Mom with 5 boys to keep from being homeless. Their house is to be auctioned on August 9th. They have no place to go if they lose this house.
Dianna has 5 boys, 4 are living in the house with her that her Mom and Dad built. Her Mom died from covid in 2021 and her income to the family was lost. This forced Dianna to apply for mortgage deferral. She has had to stay at home since two of the boys have autism. The family car quit in 2021 and the ac went out in the house. They have been using window units since then and the electric bill is over $600/month for a small 3 bedroom house. They have not had a vehicle until recently, but it has no reverse in it and cuts off regularly. Even with the vehicle in disrepair and struggling with Lupus herself she and the boys collect scrap metal every day to pay for the electricity that is on a pay as you go plan. It,s almost time for the boys to get back to school, but there is no money for supplies.
If your wondering where the father of the boys are, one has been deported and the other is here illegally and has abandoned the family and won't help them.
Dianna once worked as a CNA in a doctors office and has been applying for jobs in this same field since she got this piece of a vehicle. The mortgage amount due is $110,431.29 to pay it off. I have talked to the mortgage company to see if she can pay anything less than that and we are awaiting an answer. If approved she can pay $22,845 and resume regular payments of $700/month, but without a job this can't happen.
Anyway, she is an amazing woman with a humble heart and positive attitude even with the challenges she faces. It is in my hearto to help her save her house, get a better vehicle so she can return to work and get back on her feet. I am hoping you will join me.
Please know that I will make sure the funds get to the mortgage company, on a vehicle and purchase the kids school supplies.
Time is of the essence for this family. Thank you
