The Mudlark theater is being cited for multiple violations regarding the appearance of the exterior. The citation was coincidentally accompanied by an offer letter from a property management company who has aggressively been trying to buy The mudlark for years. Whatever the source of the citations, now that they exist, they need to be swiftly dealt with.
