Save the San Francisco Symphony Chorus!

Please help us pay our singers what they deserve!

AGMA and the SF Symphony Chorus negotiations committee have been working tirelessly to come to a multiyear agreement with management to maintain our current 32 paid members of the chorus. On September 19th, management notified the committee that they were only willing to offer a freeze for the 24-25 season (which is already underway) but would offer no multiyear agreement.

This is the same agreement they offered for the 23-24 year (freeze in pay), though when negotiations begun in May, their first offer was to cut the choral budget by 80% and cut choral programming by nearly 50%.

Fool me once, shame on you.
You will not fool us a second time.

While AGMA and the negotiations committee wanted to continue negotiating to try and make a deal before Verdi performances this weekend, management preemptively cancelled all performances around 3pm on September 19th.

As there is no fund to go directly to the SF Symphony Chorus, we are creating a campaign to fund the AGMA members that should have each been paid for this weekends concerts.

Please donate below so we can pay our singers what they deserve, as management is unable to.
