Save the Sherman kid's dog Drake

Hello everyone, our two year old golden retriever dog named Drake is in serious trouble. He hasn't eaten since Tuesday. We took him to the vet for an emergency visit today (Saturday, December 2nd). An ultrasound was done that indicated inflammation in an area of his intestines. The vet is suspecting a bowel obstruction, but they could not see one on the x-ray. We really do not know what the problem is. The vet gave us 3 different routes of treatment options to help save our dog. One of the options was surgery as a last resort. But, time is of the essence due to our dog going so long without food. In fact, the vet said if we are unable to treat him, we need to consider euthanizing him this coming Monday. Now this is where the yucky part comes in....I do not have the money to do any of the treatment options. I paid all I could for the emergency visit and had to take our dog home instead of leave him at the vet for further treatment. My kids are understandably upset and I feel like garbage that I cannot even try to save their dog. I am trying some things on my own, but there is not a lot of hope. My kids have begged me to set up a go fund me to save their dog so here I am even though putting this out in public is not easy. I know that IF we do raise any funds at all we will need to wait 7 to 30 days to get any payment. But we found someone who agreed to help if we pay them back immediately once we receive any of the go fund me money. If you cannot donate, then please pray. Thank you.
