My name is Victoria, and I am the sister of one of the most admired, heart �elt, loyal and

brave men who just happens to be my brother.

This is a man since he was very young, was on his feet running and heading to

the front lines protecting animals and people around him. He is a veteran, having

served during the Viet Nam era. He spent a lot of his life in danger of firefights

both in New Orleans and other areas of the country. He has been shot, stabbed,

and assaulted while working in Law Enforcement.

I have never seen this man walk away from a truly needy person or challenging

situation. He would not ask for help on his own, but I am asking and begging for

your help on his behalf. He desperately needs stem cell injections therapy on both

of his feet which have diabetic wounds. He is a very humble man and cannot

afford treatment on a fixed income. I am trying to raise as much money as

possible for this treatment, otherwise, he could lose both of his feet.

As his little sister I have seen him win many top accolades while in the service and

as a police officer. He has been an instructor for the FBI Citizens Academy, United

States Crime Stoppers, and the American Red Cross to name a few. In disaster

situations he volunteers and deploys as a volunteer nationwide. This man never

stops trying to help people and give back even though being partially retired, at

the risk of his own health.

This man always stands strong on those feet to protect those that are truly in

need. I wish I could show you a video of his life because you would be in awe of

the things he has done in his lifetime. He started at age 18, joining the military

and then the police force. Our friends and family are extremely proud of him; and all of those he has helped believe
