Save Tigger Esquire and Human from eviction

Hi my name is Riley and I am the owner and General House servant to your friend Tigger Esquire on Twitter. I have worked all my life but due to a series of unconnected circumstances I find us in a terrible situation in which I need the help of any kind people who can.

Four weeks ago I was made redundant, the first time I have been out of work in 39 years. The Job Agency have a job lined up for me with the Royal Mail but can't give me a start date until the end of November. That will be 8 weeks without wages.

The bottom line is by the time I get paid I will have missed 2 rent payments on the home we live in and Tigger and I are facing eviction.

I have tried everything to raise some money but am still short of £1000 to stop the process.

I have never been in this situation in my life and feel desperate and ashamed. Tigger is the most important thing in my life and I cannot contemplate losing him or being without him.

If you can give anything to help our situation we will be eternally grateful and I pledge that when I am back on my feet financially I will make a £500 donation to The Mayhew cats charity in lieu of paying you all back for your kind humanity
